Navigating the Crusaders Youth Hockey (CYH) Web Site

 

Here’s a brief crash course about our site:

At the very top of the page you’ll see six Tabs: CYH Home, Team Access, Auxiliary, Tourney in the Woods, Board Access, and Admin.

CYH Home:

You are already on the CYH Home page when you arrive at GJHA.NET.  From “CYH Home”, you can navigate using the menu to the left of the screen.  Everything that applies to everyone is included through the “CYH Home” Tab.  View News, leave Feedback, look for Volunteering opportunities.

Team Access:
The next Tab is Team Access. This is where you’ll be able to view your schedule and bulletins for your specific team. Use the drop down menus at the top to find your team.  First look to “Level”.  The “Level” drop down menu lists the age level your team plays at: Learn to Skate, U6 Mite (formerly Mini-Mite or Mite ADM), U8 Mite (formerly Mites), Squirt, Pee Wee, Bantam, or Midget.  Choose the level your child plays at.  Next choose the “Team” A, B, C etc.  Just be sure to click on the pull down menus to choose your level and specific team.

Once you have selected your specific team, you will notice on the left of the screen new menu choices. If you click on “Schedule” it will list each practice and game, in a weekly fashion. If you’d rather view the schedule in a calendar form, then click “Calendar.”  If you'd like to see a consolidated schedule or calendar listing more than one team's events, choose the Multi-Schedule menu item.  This will give you a list of all the teams in our program where you can choose as many as you like.

Auxiliary:

Here's where you'll find information about the program's fundraising efforts and about our parent volunteers.   

Tourney in the Woods:

Here's where you'll find everything you need to know about the CYH annual Christmas tournament.

Board Access:

The Board Access tab will be used only for the Board of Directors.  It is password protected. 

Admin:
The Admin Tab is used to administer the website. You will notice it is password protected.  Coaches, Team Managers and other appropriate individuals can use this area to manage teams and the website.
